SMOOTHIE NO. 2

Smoothie No. 1: Place the first two ingredients in the blender and process.

Add the yoghurt after the banana has been blended through the Vita Rich.

Serve

Smoothie No. 2:

Place the fruit juice with the chopped banana and orange segments into the blender, blend well and then add the remaining ingredients.

Give it an additional whirl.

Serve.
