|18||Low-sodium sesame-flavored Melba toasts|
|1 tablespoon||Garlic powder|
|1 tablespoon||Ground ginger|
|½ tablespoon||Ground red pepper|
Place Melba toasts in food processor, and process until finely crushed.
Combine crushed Melba toasts and remaining ingredients in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon).
