¼cupFish sauce; or thin soy sauce
¼cupFlovourless oil
1tablespoonAsian chili sauce
2tablespoonsMinced ginger
6Cloves garlic; minced
¼cupGreen onions; minced
¼cupMint leaves; minced
¼cupBasil leaves; minced
¼cupCilantro leaves; minced.

Directions

MARINADE

>From Hot Barbeque by Hugh Carpenter Mariade for at least 30 min or for up to 8 hours Then grill or roast. Roast at 425 for about 30 mins. It says brush with marinade, but I don't want to start that again.
