From: Tina Rogers <CAJUNT@...> Date: Sat, 27 Jul 1996 08:47:38 EDT Mix together in pot the margarin, milk & cocoa; bring to a boil. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla and stir well. 1 cup of nuts can be added.
Spread quickly on hot cake.
