Yield: 8 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Strawberry Jell-O|
|\N \N||Whole strawberries|
|9 \N||Inch pie crust; baked|
|1 large||Carton Cool Whip|
Mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Boil until thick and clear. Cool slightly.
Add Jell-O and mix well. Fill cooled pie crust with strawberries until level. Pour cooled mixture over berries and let set until completely cooled. Top with Cool Whip.
