Peach-strawberry pie

1 | pack | (6 oz.) lemon Jello (sugar free) |
2 | Baked 9\" Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust | |
1⅓ | cup | Boiling water |
1 | cup | Vanilla ice cream |
1 | cup | Lite peaches, chopped |
½ | pint | Strawberries, chopped |
8 | ounces | Carton Cool Whip, thawed |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill.
