Peach-strawberry pie

1pack(6 oz.) lemon Jello (sugar free)
2Baked 9\" Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
1⅓cupBoiling water
1cupVanilla ice cream
1cupLite peaches, chopped
½pintStrawberries, chopped
8ouncesCarton Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill.
