Fresh strawberry pie #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons (heaping) strawberry gelatin
3 tablespoons (heaping) cornstarch
1 cup Hot water
1 \N Baked pie shell
2 cups Whole strawberries

Mix sugar, gelatin & cornstarch in bowl. Add water & cook for 3-4 minutes until clear. Let cool. Put berries into baked pie shell & pour cooled mixture on top. Refrigerate & serve. (May be topped with whipped cream.) DORIS HOLT
