Ten minute fried rice

1tablespoonMargarine
2tablespoonsCarrots-shredded
2tablespoonsWalnuts-chopped (or Almonds)
1cupWater
1tablespoonSoy Sauce-light
1tablespoonCelery-chopped
¼cupHam, pork, chicken, shrimp*

Directions

* Cooked and Diced used 2 cups for main dish.

1. Sautee uncooked Minute Rice in margarine. 2. Stir in Soy Sauce 3.

Stir in water; let boil 4. Add shredded carrots, chopped meats, celery and nuts. Cover. Remove

from heat. Serve in 5 minutes. 5. Good for left overs.
