Tangy roast-beef sandwiches

½cupFat-Free Sour Cream
4ouncesLowfat Cream Cheese; Softened
2tablespoonsPrepared Horseradish
1French Bread Loaf
¾cupCranberry-Raspberry Crushed Fruit
¾cupLean Roast Beef; Thinly Sliced
1cupAlfalfa Sprouts

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill. Cut load in half horizontally. Spread horseradish mixture over cut sides of bread.

Spread crushed fruit over bottom half of bread; top with roast beef, spourts, and top half of bread. Cut loaf into 6 pieces.
