Plum glazed chicken drumsticks

Measure Ingredient
1 kilograms Chicken drumsticks
1 pack MAGGI Plum Sauce Mix
Boiling water
2 tablespoons Soya sauce
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons Liquid honey
¼ cup Sherry
½ teaspoon Grated root ginger
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

MARINADE

Prepare the sauce mix following the packet directions.

Add the remaining marinade ingredients and mix well. Cool.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a plastic bag, add the marinade and mix well.

Remove the air and seal the bag with a twist tie. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Cook the chicken over a preheated barbeque or under a preheated grill for 20-25

minutes or until the chicken drumsticks are golden brown and cooked. Turn frequently.

Serve hot or cold.
