Tangerine salsa (great citrus)

4largesTangerines; peeled, seeded and sliced
1tablespoonHoisin sauce
1tablespoonMinced gingerroot
1tablespoonChopped fresh cilantro
1tablespoonMinced green onion
1tablespoonLime juice
½tablespoonScotch Bonnet; seeded and chopped, (habanaro pepper)

Directions

In a stainless steel bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before use. Makes 8¼-cup servings.
