Tangerine salsa (great citrus)

Ingredients

| 4 | larges | Tangerines; peeled, seeded and sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Hoisin sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced gingerroot |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced green onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lime juice |
| ½ | tablespoon | Scotch Bonnet; seeded and chopped, (habanaro pepper) |
Directions
In a stainless steel bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before use. Makes 8¼-cup servings.
