Tangerine salsa chicken

Ingredients

2Whole chicken breast halves
Without skin
½cupFlour
1tablespoonOregano
1tablespoonBasil
1teaspoonCayenne pepper
1teaspoonWhite pepper
1cupSalsa
1cupWhite wine
4tablespoonsGarlic oil
2Whole tangerines

Directions

Mix together flour,oregano, basil, cayanne & white pepper. Heat garlic oil in heavy skillet. slice chicken breasts into "pinky size" strips. Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry in HOT oil till golden brown. Remove chicken and discard oil. Deglaze pan w/ wine and reduce till half. Add Salsa and mix well.Reduce again then add chichen. Just before serving squeeze tangerines inot pan and stir & serve.
