Measure Ingredient
45 grams Ground coriander
45 grams Ground cummin
45 grams Garlic powder
45 grams Paprika
25 grams Ground ginger
25 grams Mango powder
25 grams Dried mint
25 grams Beetroot powder (or 5g deep red colouring powder)
20 grams Chilli powder
10 grams Anatto seed powder (or 3g yellow colouring powder)

1. Simply mix the ingredients together well, and store. 2. Use as described in recipes.
