Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Ground corrander
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Mix all ingred. Rub lamb, beef, pork and chicken.

Bake or bar-b-que.
