POUR SYRUP FROM ORIGINAL CONTAINERS INTO A SUITABLE SERVING CONTAINER HEAT TO 140 DEGREES WITHOUT BOILING AND SERVE FROM THE HOT LINE WITH A 2-OZ LADLE. REPLENISH IN ONE-CAN INCREMENTS. POST THE AMOUNTS USED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
