Cider syrup (fdgn81a)

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cups Apple cider (not juice)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ cup Margarine

Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Blend in margarine. Serve warm.
