Syrup cupcakes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1¼ cup Steen's syrup
1 cup Boiling water with
2 teaspoons Soda
1⅓ cup Oil
3 \N Eggs
2¾ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling water with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well, then add gradually 2¾ cups flour.

Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at 350 for 30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at 325 for 20-25 min.
