Sweet-potato-and-prune tzimmes

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Prunes
3 cups Boiling water
2 tablespoons Fat
3 pounds Brisket
2 \N Onions -- diced
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 \N Sweet potatoes -- peeled,
\N \N Quartered
½ cup Honey
2 \N Cloves
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
