Sweet tomato pachadi (seasoned and sweet pureed tomatoes)

| 8 | Tomatoes; pureed | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Jaggery |
| large | Pinch salt -For Seasoning--- | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Ghee |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black mustard seeds |
| 2 | Red chiles; broken | |
Directions
Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
