Measure Ingredient
2 cups Tied curds
2 \N Cucumbers grated
2 \N Green chillies slit
2 tablespoons Peanut crush
2 teaspoons Ground sugar
½ teaspoon Cumin powder
½ tablespoon Coriander finely chopped
½ teaspoon Mint leaves finely chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh beaten cream
1 teaspoon Oil

Beat curds till smooth and thick.

Squeeze out water from cucumber.

Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.

Add to curds.

Add all other ingredients, mix well.

Chill for an hour before serving.

Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.
