Sweet french buns

1 tablespoon Yeast
1 cup Milk, scalded
4 cups Sifted flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Lukewarm water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 each Egg
¼ cup Sugar
