Sweet and sour meatball appetizer

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
1 \N Egg
1 small Onion; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1 cup Canned chili without beans
½ cup Grape jelly
\N \N Juice of 1 lemon

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and mix well. Add meatballs, stirring lightly to coat with sauce. Simmer about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
