Sweet & sour meatballs with vegetables

2tablespoonsFresh parsley; chopped

16ouncesFrozen oriental/mixed

1cupPrepared sweet & sour sauce;
Hot cooked rice;(optional)

Directions

In medium bowl combine turkey6, cereal, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Mix well. Using 1 rounded tablespoon meat mixture for each, shape into 2-inch balls. Brown meatballs in lightly greased skillet over medium heat, turning often add water; cover and cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring gently until meatballs are coated and sauce and vegetables are warm. Serve over rice if desired.
