Sweet & sour meatballs with vegetables

| ¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Cholesterol-free egg product |

| 1 | Clove garlic;minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lite soy sauce; |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger; |
| 16 | ounces | Frozen oriental/mixed |

| 1 | cup | Prepared sweet & sour sauce; |
| Hot cooked rice;(optional) | ||
Directions
In medium bowl combine turkey6, cereal, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Mix well. Using 1 rounded tablespoon meat mixture for each, shape into 2-inch balls. Brown meatballs in lightly greased skillet over medium heat, turning often add water; cover and cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring gently until meatballs are coated and sauce and vegetables are warm. Serve over rice if desired.
