1½ cup | Thick tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons | Sweetener |
1 tablespoon | Molasses |
1 tablespoon | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | Mustard |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | Oregano |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & mix well. Cover & let stand for at least 1 hour.
Use to as a marinade for grilled seitan or tempeh.
