Sweet and hot peach relish

Ingredients

4largesRipe or semi-ripe peaches pitted and thinly sliced
1Red bell pepper cut in thin strips
½cupOrange juice
1tablespoonLime juice (about 1/2 lime)
1tablespoonMolasses
1tablespoonMinced fresh red or green chile pepper of your choice
¼cupChopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. This relish will keep, covered and refrigerated, for about 4 days.
