Sweet 'n' sour pork chops

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N -(up to)
8 \N Pork chops
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoons Vinegar
2 cups Fruit cocktail
3 tablespoons Brown sugar (up to)
2 tablespoons Minced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dried dill

In skillet, brown chops in oil. Remove. Combine cornstarch and vinegar and add to oil, stirring until thick. Add water if necessary. Add cocktail, sugar, onion, salt and dill. Add chops. Simmer 1 hour.
