Sweet-sour pork chops

| 4 | Boneless pork chops; thawed | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Peanut oil | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar | 
| ¼ | cup | Salad vinegar* | 
| 1 | cup | Pineapple juice | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce | 
| 1 | medium | Onion; sliced | 
| 1 | large | Green pepper; cubed | 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. 
Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for 1½-2 hours until chops are tender. Serves 4.
*Apple cider vinegar can be used.
