Swedish limpa bread (eb)

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Water
1¾ cup Bread flour
¼ cup Rye flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
¾ tablespoon Honey
¾ tablespoon Molasses
½ cup Flat ale
¼ teaspoon Cardamom
¼ teaspoon Anise seed
½ tablespoon Orange peel
2 teaspoons Yeast

Produce the flat ale by opening a dark beer and stirring until the bubbles are dispersed. Scoop off residual foam before measuring ale.

Bake on regular cycle.
