| ¼ | cup | Rye flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| ¾ | tablespoon | Honey |
| ¾ | tablespoon | Molasses |
| ½ | cup | Flat ale |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cardamom |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Anise seed |
| ½ | tablespoon | Orange peel |
| 2 | teaspoons | Yeast |
Directions
Produce the flat ale by opening a dark beer and stirring until the bubbles are dispersed. Scoop off residual foam before measuring ale.
Bake on regular cycle.
