Sunday supper sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Boneless chuck roast; (4lb)
\N \N Garlic powder
\N \N Dried thyme
\N \N Dried rosemary
½ cup Soy sauce
1 \N Beef bouillon cube
1 \N Bay leaf
1 teaspoon Peppercorns
\N \N French sandwich rolls

Place roast in roasting pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme and rosemary. Combine soy sauce, bouillon and bay leaf. Pour over roast. Add water to roasting pan until roast is almost covered. Place in 225 degree oven, covered and roast 7 hours or until very tender. Make sure temperature is low. Remove roast and shred with fork. Place on sandwich rolls and serve with broth.
