Summer melt

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices Smoked turkey breast
4 Fresh asparagus spears; steamed
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 slices Branola bread
cup Alfalfa sprouts
2 slices Swiss cheese
Thousand island dressing
Fresh sliced melon wedges
Coleslaw

Roll each asparagus spear in a 1 ounce slice of turkey breast, leaving tips visible. Put "roll ups" into a steamer for 30 seconds. Place swiss cheese on top of "roll ups" and put under broiler to melt the cheese. Place "roll ups" onto 1 slice of bread, top with alfalfa sprouts and cover with other bread slice. Cut in half diagonally and add a dollop of thousand island dressing on the side. Serve immediately. Garnish with cole slaw and fresh melon wedges.
