Ingredients

1cupplain, low-fat yogurt
½cupfinely chopped cucumber
¼teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonsFine chopped radishes
2tablespoonsMinced parsley
1tablespoonFine chopped onions
1tablespoonLemon juice
1tablespoonPrepared horseradish
1dashCayenne pepper

Directions

Remove the seeds from the cucumbers. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Values per serving: CHO 3 gm., PRO 1 gm., FAT 0, Cal 17, Sodium 84 mg. with salt. Food Exchange per serving: Up to 3 TBSP may be considered "free."
