Warm saute of summer fruit

Ingredients

tablespoonUnsalted butter or
Margarine
tablespoonSugar
1cupStrawberries, or pitted Bing
Cherries -- sliced
¾cupBlueberries
1cupPeaches, nectarines, or
Peeled kiwi -- sliced
2tablespoonsKirsch -- or to taste

Directions

1. Melt butter in a saute pan or large skillet. Stir in sugar.

2. Add fresh fruits and liqueur. Adjust liqueur to taste.

3. Cook over medium heat, basting with sauce, until fruits are warmed through. Do not overcook.
