Favorite summer salad

Ingredients

| 1 | Pineapple, fresh | |
| 6 | Apricots; halved | |
| 1 | Banana; sliced | |
| 1 | cup | Cantaloupe balls |
| 1 | cup | Watermelon balls |
| 1 | cup | Grapes, white seedless |
| 1 | cup | Coconut, flaked |
| 16 | ounces | Sour cream |
| ¼ | cup | Pecans; chopped |
Directions
Chill pineapple overnight. Peel and core pineapple; cut into bite-size chunks. Combine fruit; add flaked coconut, and toss gently.
Combine sour cream and pecans; spoon over fruit. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
