Favorite summer salad

Ingredients

1Pineapple, fresh
6Apricots; halved
1Banana; sliced
1cupCantaloupe balls
1cupWatermelon balls
1cupGrapes, white seedless
1cupCoconut, flaked
16ouncesSour cream
¼cupPecans; chopped

Directions

Chill pineapple overnight. Peel and core pineapple; cut into bite-size chunks. Combine fruit; add flaked coconut, and toss gently.

Combine sour cream and pecans; spoon over fruit. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
