Stuffed peppers (ellen cleary)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Raw rice
\N \N 3-4 large peppers
1 pounds Ground beef
1 each Onion, chopped
8 ounces Tomato sauce

Cook rice. Remove top, seeds and any inner membranes from peppers.

Place in boiling water for 5 minutes to parboil. Brown meat and onions, then drain. Combine rice, meat and onion mixture, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stuff into peppers. Place in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. If you have leftover spaghetti sauce, it is great over these. From: ELLEN CLEARY Submitted By FRED TOWNER On 10-14-94
