1 cup | Raw rice |
\N \N | 3-4 large peppers |
1 pounds | Ground beef |
1 each | Onion, chopped |
8 ounces | Tomato sauce |
Cook rice. Remove top, seeds and any inner membranes from peppers.
Place in boiling water for 5 minutes to parboil. Brown meat and onions, then drain. Combine rice, meat and onion mixture, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stuff into peppers.
