Stuffed green pepper

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Rice uncooked Minute rice works best
\N small Chopped onion
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Low sugar/sugar free grape jelly I use sorrell Ridge 100 % fruit grape jelly
\N \N Green peppers
1 can (large) tomatoes whole peeled
1 can Tomato soup

Combine meat, rice, onion, salt & pepper and jelly together. stuff the peppers with the meat mixture. In a dutch oven place soup (do not add water) Put the green peppers on top of that. Pour the can of tomatoes over the green peppers. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer and cook for 1½ hrs. on top of the stove.
