Strawberry-fig preserves

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Peeled figs; crushed
1 cup Water
6 cups Sugar
4 packs (small) strawberry jello

Put crushed figs and water in a pot; cook for 30 minutes. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in Jello. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes more (until thick). Pour into sterilized jars and seal while hot.
