Strawberry and rhubarb preserves

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Rhubarb,cut in small pieces
8 cups Sugar
2 quarts Strawberries

Sprinkle rhubarb with sugar and rest 12 hr. Bring it to a boil quickly. Hull the berries and add to the rhubarb. Simmer 15 min. Jar.
