|1 pack||Frozen strawberries; thawed and drained|
|1 \N||Egg white|
|\N \N||Dish of sugar|
|1 pack||Low calorie strawberry Jell-O; (5/8 oz.)|
Drain liquid from strawberries into a 2 cup measure. Add water to make 2 cups. Pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Put gelatin in a medium-sized bowl and pour hot strawberry juice over it. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is the consistency of an unbeaten egg white, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Gently fold drained strawberries into gelatin mix- ture. Dip rims of 5 stemmed glasses into egg white, and then into sugar. Spoon strawberry dessert into glasses. Refriger- ate for several hours or until firm. Makes 4 servings, 82 calories each.
