Strawberry bread

Measure Ingredient
\N \N 1 1/2 c. flour
\N \N 1/2 tsp salt
\N \N 1/2 tsp soda
\N \N 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
\N \N 1 c sugar
\N \N 2 eggs, well beaten
\N \N 1/2 c. oil
\N \N 10 oz frozen strawberries
\N \N 1/2 c chopped nuts

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
