Strawberries with homemade mascarpone

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pints Strawberries hulled and washed; (raspberries may be substituted)
8 ounces Mascarpone
2 tablespoons Pure vanilla
6 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Half and half
2 Egg yolks

MOLTO MARIO SHOW#MB5625 STRAWBERRIES WITH HOMEMADE MASCARPONE 4 servings Divide fruit among 4 large wine glasses. Set aside. In a blender, combine mascarpone, vanilla, sugar, half and half and egg yolks. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. The texture should be like a thick pudding. Spoon over the fruit and serve.
