Brandied mascarpone

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Mascarpone
½ cup Cream
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Brandy
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Egg whites

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to mix. Beat the egg-whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Spoon into a serving bowl and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
