Strawberries and mascarpone

⅓ cup Chilled heavy cream
3 tablespoons Vin Santo wine

In a bowl with a whisk or an ele4ctric mixer beat together mascarpone, cream and Vin Santo until mixture holds stiff peakes.

Dip strawberries in whipped cream. Serve with biscotti Yield: 6 servings.
