15 ounces | Ellis Tamales, unwrapped |
15 ounces | Ellis Chili |
2½ cup | Tortilla Chips, crushed |
8 ounces | Cheddar Cheese, grated |
½ cup | Onion, chopped |

Place tortilla chips in greased 2 quart casserole. Lay tamales on top of tortillas. Spread chili on top of tamales. Sprinkle onions and cheese (respectively) on top of chili. Cover. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Add sour cream as desired.
