Straw hat casserole

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Ellis Tamales, unwrapped
15 ounces Ellis Chili
2½ cup Tortilla Chips, crushed
8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
½ cup Onion, chopped
\N \N Sour Cream

Place tortilla chips in greased 2 quart casserole. Lay tamales on top of tortillas. Spread chili on top of tamales. Sprinkle onions and cheese (respectively) on top of chili. Cover. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Add sour cream as desired.
