Turnip casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Boiled, mashed turnips
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
2 \N Eggs

Mix turnip, sugar, salt, pepper, butter, ¾ cup of crumbs and beaten eggs.

Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (From Sprucedale's Specialties Cookbook, Chatham, Ontario) Pat Belanger
