Ingredients

| 6 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | Stick butter, melted | |
| 1 | pounds | Small curd cottage cheese |
| 1 | pounds | Monterey jack cheese, shredded |
| 1 | cup | Bisquick® baking mix |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350F 35-40 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
NOTES : Can be made ahead. Combine all ingredients except Bisquick. Cover and refrigerate. Mix in Bisquick just before baking.
