Yield: 8 Servings
|6 \N||Eggs, lightly beaten|
|1 \N||Stick butter, melted|
|1 pounds||Small curd cottage cheese|
|1 pounds||Monterey jack cheese, shredded|
|1 cup||Bisquick® baking mix|
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350F 35-40 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
NOTES : Can be made ahead. Combine all ingredients except Bisquick. Cover and refrigerate. Mix in Bisquick just before baking.
