Yield: 8 Servings
|8 slices||Buttered toast; trim crusts|
|1½ cup||Chopped cooked sausage; ham, bacon or spam|
|10 \N||Eggs mixed with|
|½ teaspoon||Salt and pepper|
|1 cup||Cheddar; jack or American cheese, shredded|
The night before, butter a 9x13 oblong dish. Line with toast. Add egg mixture. Sprinkle on meat and cheese. Refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
