8 slices | Buttered toast; trim crusts |
1½ cup | Chopped cooked sausage; ham, bacon or spam |
10 \N | Eggs mixed with |
1¾ cup | Milk |
½ teaspoon | Salt and pepper |
1 cup | Cheddar; jack or American cheese, shredded |
The night before, butter a 9x13 oblong dish. Line with toast. Add egg mixture. Sprinkle on meat and cheese. Refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
