250 millilitres Cream
100 grams Sugar
100 grams Flour
50 millilitres Cold water; about

Wisp cream and sugar together. Add flour and water and mix well. Cook on the krumkaker iron until light goldenbrown. Roll tightly around a thin wooden dowl.
