Stove top zucchini casserole

Ingredients

| 6 | mediums | Zucchini; thickly sliced |
| 3 | Potatoes; chopped | |
| 4 | Celery Stalks; sliced | |
| 6 | Green Onions; sliced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Basil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 1 | teaspoon | Low Sodium Tamari |
| 1 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
Directions
In a large saucepan, saute the onions and celery in ¼ cup water about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir gently to mix. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until tender, about 35 minutes.
