| ⅔ | cup | Vegeatable oil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon rind |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Beat egg whites with fork. Stir in oil, vanilla & rind. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Stir together flour, powder & salt; blend in. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on ungreased sheet. Flatten with oiled bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
