| ⅔ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | each | Egg |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Water |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Lemon flavoring |
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Combine biscuit mix and sugar. Mix in egg, oil, water and flavoring. Drop teaspoons of dough into a small bowl of sugar; roll in sugar to coat. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with bottom of glass. Bake until slightly brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet onto rack. Makes approx. 2 dozen. Note: leave plenty of space on pan for cookies to spread Submitted By SHARON STEVENS On 12-16-94
